Our Information Centre in Glenridding has local products, guides and helpful tips. Our knowledgeable team can advise on the local area of Ullswater and the rest of the Lake District National Park. You can find us next to our large visitor car park in Glenridding, found on the West shore of the lake.
You can catch the bus directly to and from the Information Centre from the bus stop just 100 yards away. Stagecoach bus route 508 runs from Penrith all year round, with connections at the railway station to Pooley Bridge, Glenridding and Patterdale. Over the summer, the route extends over the Kirkstone Pass to Windermere and Bowness.
