Miles Without Stiles
50 easy-access routes suitable for those with limited mobility, wheelchairs, tampers, pushchairs, visual impairments, young children and legs that need care. Routes have no stiles and are graded for some, many or all with descriptions on length, terrain, path type and facilities.
Changing places and accessible toilets
There are Changing Places in the Lake District at Silecroft, Ravenglass, Fell Foot and Rheged. They are also located in many towns around the national park boundary. See a full up to date list of locations and facilities on the Visit Lake District website.

Anyone Can runs adventure days for all, for wheelchair users to those with additional needs With 50 years combined experience and specially adapted equipment – an authentic outdoor experience with activities include caving, climbing, canoeing and sailing. Bendrigg Trust – Outdoor Adventures for Disabled People
Bendrigg Trust runs activity days and residential courses for disabled and disadvantaged people and courses for organisations, schools and groups year-round.
