The agenda and papers for the meetings are available to the public on the website five working days prior to the meeting. They can be downloaded from the relevant meeting page. If you are attending the Development Control Committee, you can request a physical copy of a specific background paper. This will be available for you to collect in The Boardroom at Murley Moss on the day of the Committee. Please note: 48 hours’ notice is required if a hard copy of a report is requested. The only exceptions are those agenda items which would infringe copyright or would not be dealt with in public for reasons of confidentiality.
These recordings will be livestreamed on YouTube apart from those agenda items which would infringe copyright or would not be dealt with in public for reasons of confidentiality.
