- Apologies – To receive and record apologies from members of the Authority who cannot attend.
- Minutes – To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 17 September 2025.
- Chair’s Announcements
The Chair to announce to all attendees –- the fire safety instructions; and
- the meeting is being livestreamed and a digital recording of the meeting is made.
- Declarations of Interest – Members should declare any registrable interests or disclosable pecuniary interests and state the nature of those interests so it can be recorded in the minutes. These interests are described in the Code of Conduct adopted by the Authority on 20 October 2021.
- Questions – To answer any questions raised under Standing Order 16(2) relating to the business of the Authority.
- Public Participation – A statement has been received from, and will be read out by, the Chair of the Ruskin Museum with regards to the Bluebird K3 and K7 Coniston Water byelaws exemption application.
- Chief Executive’s Update
- National Parks England – Draft minutes are enclosed of the Board meetings held on 7 July 2025 and 23 September 2025.
- Lake District National Park Partnership – Summary notes are enclosed of the meeting held on 26 September 2025.
- Minutes of Committees
To consider the minutes of the following committee and the recommendations which they contain:- Resources Committee: Mr Jackson will present the minutes of the meeting held on 2 September;
- Park Strategy and Vision Committee: Mr Walter will present the minutes of the meetings held on 9 September 2025 and 22 October 2025;
- Governance Committee: Ms Drake will present the minutes of the meeting held on 30 July 2025;
- Development Control Committee: Mr Kidd will present the minutes of the meetings held on 3 September 2025, 1 October 2025, and 5 November 2025, and;
- Rights of Way Committee: Ms Mosner will present the minutes of the meeting held on 22 July 2025.
- Member Representation on Outside Bodies and Partnerships
