Born and raised in the Lake District and now living in Glenridding with his wife Maddy, their families have been upland livestock farmers for many generations, but they have always had a keen passion for conservation. Danny helped to establish the Ullswater Catchment Management Community Interest Company, an organisation established to balance conservation and natural flood management within a sustainable farmed landscape, respectful and grateful of our local farmed heritage and culture.
