Pop in and let us help you plan your perfect adventure.

Pop in for leaflets, guides and helpful tips from our knowledgeable staff. Learn about the local area of Windermere and Ambleside and find out more about the rest of the Lake District National Park.

You can travel to and from our Information Centre by bus. Stagecoach bus 599 runs every 20 minutes between Windermere station and Bowness Bay during summer months. You can us opposite Windermere Lake Cruises Pier and Bowness Pier bus stop.

We’re here to answer your questions and help you find your way around. If you need help finding out what there is to do and how to book, just ask us! Don’t forget to pick up a souvenir from your trip and take home some locally-made goods!
