The Gaddum Restaurant, named after Brockhole’s former Victorian owner, William Gaddum, opened only a short three months ago on a spring evening in late April. Since then The Gaddum has gained an enviable reputation and some dedicated fans. It now extends its service and adds early evening dining to the menu.
