a) The Chair to announce the fire safety instructions to all attendees.
b) The planning application for the zip wire at Honister Slate Mine (Planning Ref: 7/2011/2054) will be the first item to be considered. This item will be filmed by Platform Productions for a BBC4 documentary programme. This filming is in accordance with an access agreement between the Company and the Authority.
Members should declare any personal or prejudicial interests. These are described in the Code of Conduct adopted by the Authority on 16 July 2007 and in the Authority Handbook.
Standards for England advises that members should state the nature of any prejudicial interest (defined at paragraph 10 of the Code of Conduct) so it can be recorded in the minutes.
